Hi, I’m Giovanna! I’m a licensed esthetician and certified lash tech with a passion for helping my clients look and feel their absolute best. I love building genuine connections and tailoring each service to meet your unique goals. I specialize in eyelash extensions of all styles from natural classics to bold voluminous sets as well as a wide range of facials, including advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, microneedling, acne care, anti-aging services, etc. My goal is to leave every client feeling confident, radiant, and beautiful! 📍 I’m located inside Beauty’s Perfect Touch, in the Brick Condos complex, Unit BB. Upon arrival, please text me at 973-493-7004. If you arrive early, you’re welcome to relax in the waiting area until your appointment. Sunday appointments are available to book directly through GlossGenius. If you don’t see a Sunday time that works for you, please feel free to message me directly and I will do my best to accommodate your request. For weekday appointments, if you are in need of an after-hours time that is not listed on my booking site, please also reach out to me directly. I’m always happy to work with your schedule whenever possible!
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Remaining balance must be paid in cash or card ($5 card fee applies). • Electronic payments (Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.) will result in a $5 fee. • A deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Without a deposit, your appointment is not confirmed. • Waiver and consent forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If forms are not completed, the appointment will be automatically canceled at 11am the day before the scheduled appointment. • A 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for both my time and other clients. • Same-day cancellations will be charged a 80% last-minute cancellation fee. • If you cancel or reschedule, a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Any appointment that is not confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be automatically canceled. • No-Show Fee: If you do not show up, you will be charged 90% of your service. • A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After 5 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged the no-show fee. • Gia Esthetics has a No Refund Policy for all services.
